Q2Do you sign NDAs and protect our IP?

Yes. Every engagement begins with an NDA, segregated client environments, named-only access and SOC-aligned controls. IP transfers to you on milestone payment — no ambiguity.

Q3What is your pricing model?

Three options, you pick:

  • Fixed-bid per deliverable — for well-defined scope
  • Milestone-based — for phased programmes
  • Dedicated team monthly — for ongoing capacity (3-, 6- or 12-month commitments)

Open T&M is available where genuine exploration is needed, but it's not our default.

Q5What QA process do you follow?

Three-tier QA gate on every deliverable: (1) drafter self-check against a written checklist, (2) senior engineer technical review, (3) project-lead acceptance against the SOW gates. ISO-aligned and documented.

Q6Can you handle large-volume drafting work?

Yes. Bench capacity of 80+ engineers across mechanical, civil, structural and MEP. A dedicated team for ongoing volume work spins up in 2–3 weeks.

Q7Do you handle export-controlled or ITAR work?

We work on commercial-grade engineering. For ITAR or export-controlled work, we route via our partnered onshore delivery so the controlled portion never leaves the regulated jurisdiction.

Q8What output formats do you deliver?

Native (SLDPRT, IPT, PRT, DWG, etc.), neutral (STEP, IGES, Parasolid, JT) and rendered (PDF, DXF, STL). We also publish to your PDM/PLM (Windchill, Teamcenter, Vault, 3DEXPERIENCE) if integrated.
